Wild colours for me

Hi fellow bloggers. Hope you are having a fantastic day. Thanks for dropping in to see what I am up to.

Yesterday I was visiting with a couple of friends and we were putting our heads together about blogging. While chatting I was told about this challenge for a card using yellow, fuschia and black.

I came home and started a card....then tried another one....well you know how it goes. LOL This was a real challenge out of my comfort zone but I was not going to give up.

This is what I came up with.....

    This is such a pretty card and I really like the bird image and the punched border. I spotted your card on the MIM and popped over to take a better look.

    A gorgeous bird image, Carolyn, (and the yellow canary is pretty, too) hehe - I love that smiling photo of you in the top left. The birdie image is so pretty, and I love the golden hues you have selected - so sunny and cheery. Pretty coloring with the pale flowers - pops the brighter colors perfectly! very pretty, Carolyn.

    This is so gorgeous, yes the challenge spec sounds difficult but you have succeeded perfectly. I spotted you over at MIM and came for a closer look, I am so glad that I did.

    This is a great combo and it could have easily been halloween but you made it spring like and so pretty with the bird and flowers-freash look and |I actually love this colour combo. Saw this on MIM
